All residential and cemetery users will pay a fee of $8.15 per meter to repay the DWR loan for the new water treatment plant for a period of 20 years effective May 1, 2005 and ending May 31, 2025.

A Late Charge of 10% of the balance due will be assessed if the balance is not paid in full before the due date shown on the invoice.

A Reconnection Fee of $200.00 will be assessed if services are disconnected due to failure to pay the balance owed in full.

All property owners or renters will pay a one-time refundable $300.00 deposit upon the start of service.
